Life changing product! I live right on one of the busiest, congested thoroughfares in Melbourne (three lanes of busy traffic, each way!) and the noise force me to wear earplugs at night, but my sleep was still severely impacted. I couldn't watch tv without the sound right up, and really barely think.. until Paul from Sound Proof Glazing. The first thing that impressed me was his sincerity and obvious knowledge in the area. It's secondary glazing, so the product doesn't impact the original construction, and I barely notice it at all. Even my balcony now has a secondary door, that's barely visible, non-intrusive, and blends into my interior. I really can't talk this up enough. Measured in 30 minutes. Installed less than 3 weeks later, such was done in half a day! Of course there is still noise...

Paul Mason of Sound Proof Glazing installed secondary glazing in our apartment in 2016, so we have the benefit of 2 years of experience with the product. The additional layer of glazing has made a tremendous difference to heat retention in the colder months – we are able to maintain a comfortable temperature in the unit far more easily than before. Sound reduction is also excellent – the noise from passing garbage trucks, the neighbours hedge trimmers/blowers etc has gone from being a nuisance to being virtually non-existent. The new window frames were colour matched to our existing windows, and they were very thin, so the new system is hardly noticeable. Paul’s quote was competitive; he was very careful in his measuring up and subsequent installation; and his after-sales service is exemplary. Highly recommended....
Fantastic service, very prompt on time delivery & the owner measures & installs himself & cared about trying to preserve the period features of the window. Although the room is not totally silent, the product has definitely buffered the noise....
